Hotel was supposed to be non smoking. Could smell smoke throughout. Son with allergies couldn’t even stay. Had to stay somewhere else. Blankets and top covers on beds very, very dirty. Would not recommend and will not be returning.

New management building was clean for a short stay it was good , breakfast is not continental unless they are doing it later since is under renovation

This room was very nasty stinky and smelly. Had barriers on room so bed bigs dont get out. And stunk so bad made our stomach hurt. The whirlpool waa junk only 1 jet was working. No stairs . And we had to leave at 1am because it was that bad. And what they post on line was false advertisement.

Honestly I want to write a good review, but after you leave the main entrance that is renovated and looks nice you enter into a hallway that smells of cigarettes. That only gets worse when I got in my room. I thought I would have got used to the smell but I feel like I started tasting it. When i woke up i Still smelled the cigarette smell. Even our bags smelled when we left. Room was okay. Clean but maybe a bit musty? There was a cigarette burn on our blanket. The breakfast wasnt worth it, though the gas station across the street has Good options. I don't know how this place is rated above an 8? I'd give it Max 7.5 for affordability mostly.

Good price and decent stay if you are passing through. Goodif you are working and just sleeping with a work budget. No choice on housekeeping. The last night there banging and thuds until 1030 against my wall. The latch on my door was broken and that left me uneasy.

The rooms were outdated. The remote did not work and there was not an iron and ironing board therefore I could not iron my clothes. I will not ever stay here again! The front desk staff was nice though.

This hotel is a great stop. I ended up going through 2x it was so great. Clean, remodeled and really comffy beds. Great pool/hotub and the staff is amazing and very friendly. Great stop for Memphis area>

Comfortable stay

The room was clean. The only issue was you could hear when someone above us was taking a shower or fluahing the toilet. We could also hear people talking pretty easily through the walls. It was a comfortable stay. No serious complaints.
