I have stayed at this hotel many times, and the last few times I have stayed it has been much better! It no longer smells like smoke, and the staff is very friendly. This is an older hotel, with lots of updates that could happen, especially in the bathrooms. The tub I had showed lots of peeling and didn't drain well.

Convention taking place and no disclosure

I came to stay with my family over the holiday weekend. The hotel was hosting a convention that was adult in nature. This was not disclosed to us at any point. I showed up to check in to see signs posted and registration beginning for this event. My children were around this, even though there were signs to keep things PG-13. There was a lot of noise that kept us awake at night. If I would have known this in advance, I would have chosen a different hotel to stay in. My 2 and 5 year old were questioning things that I wasn't prepared to have them exposed to.

The hotel looks run down and outdated with toilets and bathtubs that don't run properly. Would be nice to have a sink outside of bathroom.

Upon arrival there was no record of my reservation through Expedia. It took approximately 45 minutes to remedy and I’m still not clear on where the blame lies. The woman at the front desk was very kind and patient through the entire ordeal. Although the lobby is updated, once you enter the elevator you realize what the standard is for the rest of the hotel. The halls show years of abuse and my room had an odd smell. The toilet paper dispenser was missing one side so the TP was set on the back of the toilet. While showering in luke warm water I kept seeing long hair on the tub floor(I’m bald). The heat/air conditioning unit’s fan buttons were broke so you could not set fan speed. The carpet had noticeable stains throughout. Lastly, upon checking out I went to use the lobby restroom only to find 2 out of 3 toilets full of disgusting filth. The stall doors did not align so the lock was worthless. Left to use a restroom at a gas station. Again the valuable lesson is you get what you pay for…

The first room we got had a horrible smell like moldy and humid i could not stand the smell. As i looked aroukd the room my bed sheets had black long hair so i kept looking and so did my bath towels. I did end up going to front desk to get a different room and they switched my room. This room did not have a smell but again there was like womans hair on both beds and in towels. I was also told that 2 yrs ago a woman got shot in the 3rd floor where i was staying at and later she died. That did it for me i could not sleep and so we ended up checking out at 6am

Friendly staff well kempt hotel nice bar & restaurant good food reasonable priced had the jacuzzi sweet for a romantic get away room was huge jacuzzi was really nice and clean and fairly reasonable in price for our 3 day stay hotels was quiet and had a great atmosphere recommend this place to anyone over all excellent experience! Will stay here again any time i come to omaha <3

The room had a smell like dirty feet. I asked for a room spray and was told they were out. I asked for a drain plug to take a bath. They told me to go downstairs for one. The drain plug didn’t work and there was mold around the tub. The floors had stains and a sticky texture to them. We decided to try out their restaurant. The service and food took forever. The food was subpar. The menu stated chicken wrap and no ingredients listed. When I asked I was told the ingredients, but it had other things I didn’t prefer. The next morning we ate the free breakfast. There was 2 hours left to go. The drinks for juices were out of order. The cereal was out all three. Nothing was kept up and very poor
