Front parking no lights. Luggage carts filthy. Title missing in front entry. Elevators filthy. Breakfast overrated. No identification of employees. No working ice machines. Mat's in front of elevators filthy. Toilet paper holder broken of the wall. Had to ask for was clothes. Celling title in bathroom looked like it had mold. Door knob to bathroom was filthy.Hallway when getting off elevator was filthy going to rooms.

The hotel has a bar/night club so at night it was so packed I could never find a parking spot. There’s a lot of homeless people outside the hotel. The hotel wasn’t the cleanest.

Dirty rooms, first room smelled like smoke and we had to be moved. Rooms not cleaned well at all. Toilet paper roll holder broken and toilet paper just left sitting on the vanity. Floors throughout the hotel dirty. Ice machines not working tried 3 different ones. Could go on with more but why, it was bad bad.

The hotel is very rundown. It’s in a bad need for an update. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The continental breakfast was very good. The bar on the first floor was kind of sketchy. They had to off duty police officers acting as bouncers. The ice machine on the sixth floor didn’t work. In the bedding of my daughter‘s bed was dirty.

I have to say the shower, towels & bed was very nice. The hotel overall is in sad shape, dated. The restaurant is a total dump. Foam plates, cheapest plastic utensils & it was just filthy. I would never stsy here again. It was a 1 night stop on a trip elsewhere. Room was huge. Its a shame its not maintained.

First I want to state that, this was the worst hotel I have ever been to. I was only in my hotel room for hour and half. The room spelled of pee. Come to find out someone/something peed on the bed skirting. The room wasn’t clean at all. Clearly the room wasn’t clean before my stay. I The pictures that were posted were a complete lie.

This was probably one of the worst hotels iv ever stayed at the room was disgusting there was stains on the comforter and food on the walls the bath tub was so gross we wouldn’t use it.. We were in town for a sold out concert when we got back the restaurant in the hotel turned into a night club 2 cops were there for security made me nervous having my young niece with me not to mention we could hear the music from the bar till 2am… I actually tried to find another hotel to go to at 11pm that night but with the concert there was nothing available… NEVER would I stay here again! Nasty!!!!!
