This place is not well kept up. The glass mirror in our room was broken. It smells of cleaning product right when you enter the hotel. The breakfast was pretty poor for selection- the scrambled eggs didnât taste good at all. This would be a place I would not stay at again

Room outlet by the main tv, only has has 1 outlet (had multi outlet adapter to replace it. Microwave power adapter plug in Microwave run freely. Staff is good. Pool was close down for maintenance. Alot of places to park.
Property was in disrepair. Room door does not function and extremely hard to lock deadbolt, need good muscles. Room was sad in sad condition and furnishings! However the beds were above average, thank God! Probably why we got the $82/night price lol Owned by stiff foreigners. Only cleaned our room once in 4 days :((
Nice suite with a big comfortable bed. Big screen tv with cable and HBO. One of the better hot breakfasts fire the price range with scrambled eggs and sausage along with packets for waffles, bagels, toast, and cereal; and two juice options. My rum was by the elevator and in heard room doors closing more than the elevator. Quick and easy check-in and check-out.
Staff could be more friendly. Breakfast was just ok. Juice very watered down also waffle mix. Light in bathroom almost to bright. Beds were comfortable. Front desk representative was very courteous at check in.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. The cleanliness and fresh scent of the property is inviting. House keeping staff was friendly and did fantastic. Also, compared to many other places the breakfast selection was fresh, clean and a good selection. We will definitely be back.
The inside of the property was clean enough and staff were pleasant. The outside of the property was overgrown. Grass hasnât been mowed in awhile. Next to where we parked there was a bunch of broken tile and torn up astroturf.
Staff were courteous, helpful and facility was clean, located to near shopping as well as fit my needs for communicating with individuals of my primary purpose for being in Omaha.
Stay was fantastic except ladies at front desk wouldnât let us check in till âweâ called Hotel.com and had them then call the motel to get it paid. We set in car for 20 minutes trying to get to the right person who could help. We had receipts and confirmation number but that didnât matter. Motel probably deals with Hotel.com all the time. Companies need a direct line to call with these issues instead of dumping it on the customer who has paid and exhausted from a long drive. Both parties are at fault in my option.
