It looks nice, but was very noisy. Checked in on Saturday evening, and unfortunately there were unsupervised kids or teens running between rooms and the pool. They ran back & forth slamming their doors, and shouting until 2am. The parents should do a better job of watching their kids, but it also seems like there isn't much soundproofing. Sunday night was a lot quieter, but someone down the hall started yelling around midnight. I also noticed graffiti in the elevator as I was leaving, and some of the towels didn't smell very clean. All of that detracts from an otherwise nice hotel.

The lady at the front desk was extremely rude. Extremely disrespectful tone and unhelpful. This will be the last time I stay at the property. Then she threatens to quit on the phone to her manager.
