Clean, light, spacious public areas. The clerk on duty when we checked in was delightful! So sweet, helpful and personable. I used the guest laundry area which was very clean and nice. Overall great.

For many years this has been my favorite hotel in Omaha, but this short vacation has been horrible, 4 nights without being able to sleep. I got tired of complaining and no one paid attention. Otherwise, very good, perfect hygiene, the cleaning ladies super efficient and polite, the front desk very friendly but they did nothing to improve my nights. I am sad to not return to this location since my family and I liked the hotel.
