Lovely property very well kept but I was stunned that the extra pet fee was $75 per night when my room only cost me $90. That’s very excessive across this level of hotel.

Aldo at the front desk was super friendly and we had a fast check-in. The room was clean. The beds and pillows were comfy. It was quiet. I like that there was fan in the bathroom for the shower condensation. Things to improve...Hot tub sprayed the jets oddly. Bathroom door had water damage. Damage around window and leaked air.

The room was clean. Staff was friendly. The only down side was they had just refilled the pool. It was freezing for the kiddos! Also the tile on the floor in pool room is extremely slippery when wet. Even walking like penguins my kids fell multiple times. Bad design choice for sure
