The towels up arrival were fealty in the room. The front desk staff was not informative, or accommodating to every guest in the same manner. It was very embarrassing, unnecessary, and disappointing.

Our pillows were terrible. There was no way to get comfortable in order to sleep. They had no support whatsoever. Therefore we got very little sleep during our stay. Everything else was fantastic! The staff was extremely helpful (shout-out to Penny for her advice!) and the hotel itself was great.

Room was good. Beds are a little hard and the room/bathroom could be more updated for the price, especially being right across from the CWS and close to the CHI Health Center. But the people and staff are nice and the hotel worked out great for what we needed it for!!

I grabed a hand towel to wipe my face and there was blood all over it ..so upset made me sick then i look and theres blood all over the door like the maid was bleeding and just left it ... it was so hot in the hotel everywhere sweat when u ate no parking either and i paid 15.00 breakfast

The mattress cover and bottom sheet did not fit and kept popping off even after we waiting a very long time to get a replacement. We took them off initially and put them in a pile outside in the hallway, 1st floor and they stayed there and were still there when we left the next day, no-one removed them even after someone came and gave us new ones. The breakfasts are not very appealing. The heating and cooling unit is pretty old and didn’t have enough choices and I had to change it multiple times for the whole 2day stay. There was a lot of cold leaking through. Noise from being right on the highway.
