Pool is so loud the Hot tub is useless for relaxing - being better prepared for out of town guests coming in during major events (parking, check in) not sure if the whole town was graduating at the convention center or what but it was impossible to get to the hotel and park.

This hotel was so-so and seemed expensive given the lack of amenities. It’s a good 10-15 minute walk from the downtown. The pool was too small for the property and was full of kids. We had to ask for more towels (4 of us in a room and we only got 3) two days in a row. Parking ramp was also too small and there were many people having trouble in their big GMC trucks.

Loved the restaurant and Bar options in the lobby as well as the coffee shop with snacks. I also loved the quick checkout via text and key drop box on our way out. The only thing I would change is that the hotel guests had to pay for parking & that I wish there would’ve been an all night store in the lobby for snacks and drinks since lots of quick options close and there’s nothing quick within walking distance

Staff was not prepared for the events in the area!

There were several events that evening in Omaha. When we showed up to our hotel, the parking garage was full. There was an attendant telling us that they were full and we were told we could valet at a discounted rate. Seems not right as we selected this hotel to the proximity of the concert we were going to. Once we were inside checking in we received a little bit of attitude from the front desk when i mentioned it was unfair that we could not park at the hotel. The clerk told me it was first come first serve and i was welcome to park across the street for a fee. If we wanted to park at the venue and pay then i would have picked another hotel that was cheaper to not have to deal with this. We ended up valeting our vehicle and did not receive a discounted rate like we were told. This is in Omaha, there are always events going on so we were not happy with the lack of preparedness from the hotel staff that day. The hotel room was great and comfortable.

Caution, handicap showers flood bathroom

We had a handicap accessible room, so the shower was walk in. My husband took a quick shower (less than 3 minutes) and the entire bathroom floor was covered in standing water. There was no way to keep the water in the shower area, it just flowed straight out and pooled. We had to use all our towels to soak up the mess, called the front desk 3 times (2pm, 630pm and 1130pm) requesting towels and explaining what happened. FINALLY got towels at 11:45pm
