It was ok. Location was good. Did not ask if I was a rewards member, which I am, so I didn’t get points. One elevator was not working. I am 84 years old and had to use the stairs to get up and down.

Clerk had trouble with computer at check in; had to switch after several frustrating minutes. Only 1working elevator made for super long waits. Room was clean and comfortable. Good location and easy to find.

Good for the price paid

The area outside of the shower in room 612 needs to be cleaned better. The breakfast area, specifically the front of the juice machine could have been wiped down and same with the open tables. I know the nice breakfast attendant was doing the best she could. She did a good job keeping the food stocked, which I know is important.
