The room was disgusting. There what look like mold or poo on the lamp shade, the carpet was dirty when I look me shoes off something pocked me like a sticker. The couch was dirty with white stuff on it and trash in and under it. The counters has left over food/drink stains stuck to it. Over all not happy at all with the hotel.

Bathroom in room was filthy. Shower shelf had old bars of soap still on it from previous customers. Floor was filthy in the bathroom. There was no breakfast as advertised. Doors were left propped open.

Worst room ever for LaQuinta

Poor experience. Rooms were dirty. Outside guests were in room. Someone had their dog in room and fed them. Used towels then left. Roaches. Horrible Manager lied stated that they will give 15% off my 2 rooms and didnt. They dont represent LaQuinta at all.

We checked in on 3/21/25 at 3:00pm, when we got settled in to our room we were having trouble with the toilet. So on the morning of 3/22/25 at about 9:00am I went and told the front desk that the toilet was not working,he said that the maintenance man would be in around 10:00am so I went and picked up some breakfast and came back. When I entered the hotel I asked the cleaning lady if the maintenance man had come in, she asked me what room I was in I told her rm 144 that the toilet was not working, she said it was broken and they shouldn’t have rented it. So at 10:00 am when the manager arrived I told her about the toilet and I also showed her some pictures I took of some stains on the bedding, I asked her if she would stay in a room like that!! She said she would move us to a different room right away, we didn’t get moved till 2:00pm then when we got into the new room my wife was going to take a shower and there was no shower curtain, so again I went to the front desk and told the manager she said they would get one right away so we waited 4:00pm still no shower curtain, so I told my wife let’s go ahead and take our showers, and on top of that there was no hot water. When I checked out this morning 3/23/25 I asked the man at the front desk if they would give a little compensation for such a wonderful stay only thing he told me was to talk to the manager. We were without power since 3/19/25 hoping to get a little relief,this is what we got

It was not safe for me to get to my car in the parking lot. I fell on ice twice and cut my hands pretty badly. There was nothing shovelled or salted. I asked for some ibuprofen or Tylenol for the pain and they couldn’t offer me anything (maybe an I’m sorry for your pain?). I was extra disappointed that there was no coffee. Just the two single servings in the room with a dirty coffee maker. I asked for more coffee and was told I had to get it from housekeeping. Overall the hotel was a good value because it was cheap—unfortunately so is the management…

Look up "DUMP" in any dictionary. There are 2 examples: 1. Anything Donald Trump, and 2. La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Omaha West. Hope this helps.

For a cheap stay, there are many things I expected to look past but during my stay, too many things were wrong. No outlets worked except the extras on the lamp. One outlet was exposed with no cover. Double beds, one duvet cover had coffee/blood colored stain that was very faded but visable. Other bed had pillow case like someone slept with a full face of makeup and it wasnt washed. Breakfast is a brown bag to go (muffin, granola bar, belevita and cutie) - not as advertised. The sink faucet also comes apart when you turn it on. It pops right back into place - no worries. Even for a cheap stay, you can do better!
