From the valet greet to the reception champagne glass and energetic and warm welcoming hospitality. We couldn’t ask for a better way in to the hotel. Everybody was top tier with warm smiles. This is a great hotel, but it's vastly overpriced. Let's just it did not meet the expectations you'd have for a $417 a night room (after taxes). Our check-in experience was also subpar as it definitely felt like she felt like we weren't good enough to be there. We were also charged for using a mini-bar item that we never even touched. Room service was great and the room service staff were exceptional.
