My sister and I enjoyed our stay here. A cute old house that reminds me of MY cute old house. It is clean and tidy and the beds are super comfy. A/C was much appreciated! Everything you need.
Our mother is in assisted care and this location made it easy to visit and make medical appt. Very quiet and night and slept great. Cute older home but perfect.
We stayed here for five nights. The home is as shown in the listing pictures, and was very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. There is a fenced backyard as well as a park across the street, which weâre nice for our dogs. Check-in/out was a breeze. The owner was easy to reach and helpful.
This is a cute home on a quiet street with comfy beds and AC (which we needed). Nice touches like some treats , a few bottles of water and a bag of ice made us feel welcome.
if youâre going to Omak, this is the place to stay.
iâve been going to Omak on an annual fishing trip for 20 years, and until i found this place, lodging was worst part. itâs a great little house, in a great location. itâs my 2nd time staying here and i have no complaints.
My father-in-law is ill and was sent to omak regency for care. The location is so close. We truly love staying there and our dog loved the back yard. We will be coming back up to visit and would love to stay there again.
This property is just a few blocks from the top of the suicide race hill. It's quiet. Was very clean. Plenty of room. The pet area of the yard was full of leaves, making it difficult to locate dog waste from our pets. However, this home is very accommodating.
Great place to stay in Omak, cute and close to everything. We have been coming to Omak once a year for almost 20 years to fish on the res. And before now we have never had a nice place to stay. This little house was great for the three of us, and I hope that it's available next year for us to stay in again.
Weâve been to Omak several times and always ended up staying in Okanogan which wasnât very convenient. This time we needed to stay for 6 weeks and the Oak Street Farm House was perfect. The house matched the online pic perfectly. It was middle of winter and VERY cold out but the heater kept the house warm and cozy.
We needed to work from home during those 6 weeks and Amanda had already upgraded their wifi so it was perfect. We streamed, conferenced called and worked online each week without issue.
Because we were âlong termersâ we had access to the downstairs W/D which were brand new - along with available detergent.
We did buy a few cleaning supplies since we were there so long but the expected cleaning supplies and toiletries were all there and plentiful.
The location is across from a park and on a quite to mildly driven road. We walked everywhere; up to Safeway, down town, the the Breadline - easy access everywhere.
We used the back bedroom as an office and the front bedroom was very comfortable. We had some suggestions to help long term stays but furniture around the house was logical, functional and cute. Living room was great for watching TV or visiting with friends.
Kitchen had all we needed but we had brought quite a bit too.
The fireplace wasnât to be used but it would have been so great to have had even a gas fireplace since wood burning isnât safe up there. Maybe as they continue adding to the already adorable houseâŠ..:)
Highly recommend!!
The house was super cute and looked just like the pictures on the VRBO site. The air-conditioning was awesome, it was over 100 degrees that weekend and the house was nice and cool. The beds were very comfortable, nice bedding and nice bath towels. Great location too!
Amanda is a fantastic host. Great communication each time I have stayed here. I am a RN traveling to Omak for work, needing a home away from home, and this is it. Thank you for your hospitality and your kindness. Will be back again and again.
