"Das Personal, egal ob es die Rezeption, das Restaurant oder das Housekeepingwar, war unfassbar freundlich. Jeder einzelne war sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und immer extrem freundlich.
Besonders hervorheben möchte ich unser Housekeeping, Tuyêt. Für mich ist die Sauberkeit in einem Hotelzimmer mit eines der wichtigsten Punkte. Das war wirklich immer gegeben! Und wenn man ihr begegnete, war Tuyêt auch immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das gab uns immer ein sehr gutes Gefühl
Wir waren 14 Tage Gast in diesem Hotel und haben uns immer gut aufgehoben gefühlt."
