First, there was no elevator. I had to drag my bags, packages and both dogs up the stairs. It had scented cleaners to cover up a faint mold smell. Ultimately, i tried both beds and the were awful. I left and desk receptionidt said no refunds, no way to leave without being charged. I was only there 6 mins.

Pros:Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Did NOT hear a bunch of noise all night. CONS: got a room upstairs. No elevator. Hard on a person when their back is out.

No elevator. The breakfast was ok.

Did not realize there was no elevator when we booked the room. Not a huge deal. I was just surprised when I showed up with my arms full of bags and had to drag them up the stairs. I would have left half the stuff in the car and made two trips.

The staff was rude. Very unprofessional. One person said one thing and when it was someone else’s shift this lady went and contradicted what had already been said. Clearly using her status as she was the only opinion that mattered.

This property does not have an elevator, so if you have lots of luggage and are on the second floor be prepared for stairs. The beds are comfortable and the pillows good. The lady at front desk offered to help with luggage but as we had an excessive amount of luggage we did not allow her to assist. But would be nice to know there is no elevator, would have probably chosen a different hotel.
