Unit was clean, Turquoise location and amenities were top tier. Only negative is that the door leading to the balcony with the hot tub did not have a latch to keep it shut which made us nervous with two little kids.

Another Great Stay

We enjoyed another great stay at Turquoise Place 705C. The unit is well furnished and has a nicely equipped kitchen. We appreciated the availability of the various cookware and the Keurig coffeemaker. The condo is beginning to show its age. The cushions on many of the seating options need replacing as they are not as supportive. These little nits were noted, but did not affect the quality of the visit.

Fantastic condo on the beach!

Had a great time for our spring break on Orange Beach! This condo is top notch. Three huge rooms, all with king beds! Just steps from the beach and a quick drive to all other stores in case you need/forget items! Would definitely come back!

Turquoise place a very fun place to vacation! The beach beautiful! The condo had a wonderful views of the beach and sunrise. The condo was clean and very spacious. The master bed was a little too firm! We wished to furniture would have been a little more comfortable though. Overall it was a beautiful place! Thank you for a great place to stay for vacation!

My stay

The stay was good but they need to clean some things! The shower curtain has mold on it and also the jets have mold in them in that same tub! Also the bedroom with the couch and shower, that bed is hard as a rock!!!

Best condo ever!

We loved everything about the condo! The only small issue was the hot tube didn't actually get hot. The water would just get warm. Other than that... it was perfect!

Winter Getaway - OOPS

This is a beautiful property. We were able to watch the dolphins every morning; the kids were sooo excited and there was plenty of room for everyone. Only downer was the inoperable hot tubs (both large shared tubs and individual unit patio tubs) due to a bacteria issue. We could deal with this because the indoor heated pools were open; however, they were not heated. We made the best of it using the dry and wet saunas! Our family has stayed at Tuquoise Place many times and we would definitely recommend. Their staff is very professional and very accommodating to their guests!

Needs some improvement.

The property was very nice but the bed the the master bedroom squeaked awfully. Management had some one come fix it but don't know how anyone was able to stay there before. The instructions on how to use the TV are awful. Impossible to use. Also no hairdryers in the whole condo. Shower in master bath not usable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Decided we needed a short winter beach fix. Orange Beach is a short drive from the New Orleans area so decided to go there. First time staying at Turquoise Place. Condo complex is extremely nice. It has many amenities; indoor parking, indoor pool, hot tub, gym, sauna, tennis courts, etc. Be aware that beach service and restaurant are not available during the off season. The condo we stayed in was very well appointed and clean. Great floor plan and view from the 7th floor. Hot tub and grill on balcony! The only drawback was there were not many wine glasses. (Replenishing of them would be great)! Reservation through VRBO and Simpson Properties went very smooth. Would highly recommend and stay there again!
