Property is located in The Osprey community. Make yourself at home! Guests have full access to the entire house, private boat slip, garage and community pool area.
Madison, Cody & the Ball BNB team will be your primary point of contact throughout your stay and are happy to assist you with anything that you need. Ultimately, our level of interaction is completely on your terms but if you need us, we are just a text/email/phone call away. We are so grateful for the opportunity to have you as our guest! ☀ We use a fantastic house cleaning company that provides clean bedding, towels/wash cloths, and a starter kit for each new guest that includes 1 use of the following items to get you started for your trip: Dishwasher soap, liquid dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags and laundry detergent.
☀ Pool is open year round from 8:00am-10:00pm and is not heated but typically stays warm enough to swim through October and into November
☀ This house is on stilts so their are stairs! Stairs to get to the main living area and then stairs to get to the upstairs bedrooms.
☀ Primary renter must be aged 25 years or older per HOA requirements
