This was a great unit and the 5th floor is the best of everything. You feel close to the beach but removed from pool noise. The balconies here offer lots of privacy. The unit was well stocked and very clean and spacious. On the negative side, the master bed, sofa, and outdoor furniture are worn and need to be replaced soon. That being said, we would still stay here again.

Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Had three couples each with babies under 3. Everyone loved the condo and all of the amenities. We will be making an annual trip to Turquoise Place!

Nice Condo!

We celebrated our 15 year Wedding Anniversary and have the best time! Condo was nice. Outdoor seating was comfy and nice. Hot tubs and fitness center was down but we probably wouldn’t have used either. Would recommend this property!

Awesome family beach getaway

We have never been to Alabama and this place was picked by my sister in law as she had already stayed at Turquoise Place. What an amazing stay we had. After asking both my 5 & 7 year old what they loved, the short walk to the beach, amazing ocean view and clean pools for the kids to enjoy. The host was accommodating and helpful and responded quickly with any questions. We also added a day last minute and she changed it for us! We’ll be back again!!

A beautiful place and the property in excellent condition. The only thing was that it took them a day to service the hot tub. Apart from that, everything was excellent from the check in to the guy with the umbrellas and chairs on the beach. The best thing was the free breakfast, yes, free breakfast at this resort. D508

Run down property, won't be returning

We have stayed in multiple units at Turquoise Place in the past 7 years, but this was our last. The property in total has gone downhill and is unclean. In our unit, the beds were extremely uncomfortable overall, the master bed had permanent dips in the mattress, the couches were very worn and uncomfortable, the recliner did not recline, the hot water heater in the master bath did not work well enough to provide hot water for all showers, and I could continue. The grill on the balcony would hardly light and was filthy. The most frustrating thing about the unit was that the hot tub on the balcony was out of service for the majority of the time. While I can understand that happens, the aquatics team made little to no effort to get it back up and running for three days. We asked the owner of the property, the maintenance department, and the front desk but the efforts were futile. When I expressed my displeasure with the results to the owner, they offered a small refund but that I could not leave any review or post anything that had negative remarks about Signature Properties. I found this insulting. We will not be returning to Turquoise Place anytime in the future and I would caution those that go with the expectation that this place an "updated unit."

Turquoise place is a beautiful luxury condominium facility, and every time we stay we've had beautiful rooms, however this room by far has been the best. We liked everything about it, views, amenities, appliances, beds, TV's, the bar, hot tub....there are so many amenities, we didn't even have time to use them all. Everything in this condo was high end, extremely clean, like brand new. In addition to how well we enjoyed the condo itself, you couldn't ask for a better management team. They were very helpful, very detailed in all information shared, we were well prepared before the trip, and they even checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be going back.

The property management, Signature Properties, was amazing. We have stayed in Orange Beach the last four winters and no other property management company has come close to the attention we had this year. They were very easy to get a hold of and always found out the answer to our questions. Communication before arriving was excellent. The condo itself was all one would need and then some to stay in Orange Beach. Very clean and organized with plenty of kitchen supplies and lots of bath twoels to use. We will definitely book this unit again.As far as the property it is one of the best kept up on the beach.
