We had a wonderful stay at this beach condo! It was absolutely beautiful and exactly as described—clean, well-decorated, and in a perfect location. The kids especially loved the lazy river and water slide, which made the trip even more fun for our family. The only small issue we ran into was with the washing machine—it didn’t seem to work the best during our stay. Other than that, everything was great and we would definitely stay here again!

Condo was great!

When we arrived the condo appeared as it did in the pictures. Kitchen was well stocked with all things necessary for our dinners in, they even had two coffee makers. We did find an issue with one of the mattresses. I reached out to the representative that emailed us asking about our stay. She sent over maintenance, which verified that the mattress was broken. The owner was contacted and we received a new mattress the very next day! It was great. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful condo with 4 full bathrooms!

This was a great find for our long weekend in Orange Beach. 4 full bathrooms was the selling point for us, since we were a group of girlfriends on a trip! What a bonus to have 4 showers! The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen appliances offered all that you would need. The only negative comments I have to give is steered more towards your cleaning company. The fridge was not wiped down at all. The shelves had food and crumbs left on them from a previous renter. The tile floor in the main living area was filthy. Our feet were black from walking barefoot. We also were not left with any dish towels or dish rags, no dish soap, no dishwasher detergent, no laundry soap, no garbage bags. We were told we would be left with a starter set of all of that. Our exit instructions said to run the dishwasher but there was no detergent to even do so. We had to run out and get dish soap so we could hand wash our dishes and then use bathroom washcloths and towels to wash and dry them! I'm hoping this was an oversight on your cleaning crew? For this reason, I'm only giving it 4 stars but this is certainly fixable. There were a couple of maintenance issues that should be addressed (bedroom door doesn't shut or even fit the door jam to close, & a bathroom outlet is hanging out of the wall so we didn't want to use it for anything), but again, this is all easily rectified. I would definitely stay here again

Wonderful place to stay!

We couldn’t have loved this place anymore. It was spacious, clean, and super comfortable. It was plenty of room for our family of 6. Great location in Orange Beach and It had the best pool area. I would stay here every time if I could! Highly recommend.

Spring Break Bliss 2022

Booked this condo for a Spring break baseball tournament. Our first time to the beach for Spring Break. I've used VRBO for years and I can honestly say this was the largest - most beautifully decorated condo we've ever stayed in. It was very clean and the kitchen was better stocked than ANY kitchen we've ever had in a rental - from crockpots to 2 types of coffee makers, a wide variety of cooking utensils - pots & pans - to actual Tupperware- the owners thought of everything. I loved the fact that the bedrooms had double queen beds to accommodate our group - and they were decently comfortable. There were plenty of bath towels for each bathroom. The complex offered great indoor & outdoor pools and multiple hot tubs. Each level had multiple luggage/grocery carts so when we were unloading luggage or groceries you never had to hunt one down. I will definitely be saving this condo to our favorites and telling others about it as well.

This condo was awesome for our family! Everything was as pictured - plenty of space and fully stocked kitchen. Plenty of towels as well. We will consider staying there again for sure!

Immaculately clean and spacious

This condo was immaculately clean and quite spacious for five adults and a teen. The balcony was a favorite spot of several members of our group as the view was wonderful and you could hear the waves clearly. Having a fourth full bathroom was a wonderful bonus over other condos where we have stayed. We also were fans of having multiple spots along the boardwalk at which to wash up after walking the beach. While we enjoyed the covered parking, we wouldn’t have to have to navigate that parking lot when the building is near full. The only downsides to our visit were finding two of the mattresses had holes in them (which the property manager attempted to replace during our stay but was unable to do so due to the holiday and pandemic issues) and arriving to find the outdoor pool was closed for maintenance for our entire stay. Other than those two things we had a wonderful stay.

Great Week!

My husband and I take our daughters to Orange Beach every fall break. We almost always stay at Phoenix West so we thought we would try Phoenix West 2 this time and we were not disappointed! The condo was nicely decorated and very inviting. The pictures are accurate to how it looks in person. There were plenty kitchen supplies and we took advantage of having an ice maker (wish we had one at home). The owner was quick to respond to an email I had to send because I wasn't sure what to do about beach equipment being left by previous renters. We had a great week and can't wait to come back next year!
