Upon checking in, I was told that my room was not there. She proceeded to help the person behind me and made me wait. What she meant was, it wasnât theirs, since I booked directly through you. I questioned and was told I needed to buy a parking pass, which is what I was waiting for. We had a boat and asked about parking. We were told we needed to pay to park the trailer. Ok. Paid. Put the boat in the water, then found out we needed to pay for a boat slip as well. Never was told that by receptionist.
The room, tubs had hair in them. In the master bedroom, everytime water runs in the room above, you hear it, flushing, washing, etc.
overall other than these things, it was a nice stay.
