Check in was smooth and went great. Called for towels and never received, had to call again the next day. Checking out was not fun had to make 3 trips down with luggage and belongings as others seem to hog the luggage carts in the morning. Never saw a single luggage cart for over an hour. Plan ahead!

There was a lot of chaos at this hotel. Not enough parking even thought it costs $30. The breakfast took too long. When we tried to leave could not get an elevator, it was full every time we tried to go down. Waited 20 mins for an elevator.

The staff was absolutely amazing and professional…my issue is with the room and how nasty it was. There was ALOT of loose hair in the towels, bedding and especially the bathroom floor which had different textures and colors…common sense tells me it was definitely not cleaned properly if not at all…there was ALOT of dirt and grim. I had to clean it myself to make sure it was done correctly…not good at all

The staff was great and the breakfast. Upon arrival, the hotel was nice. Once in the room, I was not as impressed. The room could use some TLC. No hand soap, it was empty. 3 towels for four people. Requested more towels. I had to rinse the bathtub out before I could use it. It had hair and it was dusty. Beds were very comfortable. Couch was firm. Had to pay for parking. Indoor pool area was okay.

I didn’t expect so much dust around sink. And broken consent. When I checked in was little late, I was waiting for help, because reception took 15 mints to let me check in. He was on the phone. But another employee was there too. And a bottle of water 5 dollar each if you drunk. And parking lot, you still have to pay.
