Handicap bathroom smelled like a nursing home

Never checked in. Oder from bathroom was so strong w smell of feces that I couldn’t stomach being in the room. Still awaiting Hotels .com to put in the official cancellation refund to the hotel as they cannot directly initiate the refund.
