This was a disappointing stay. Very dated and not the cleanest hotel. Broken drapery rods, dirty facecloth, noisy folks coming and going, poor insulation causing noises to seep through the walls and ceiling. Breakfast’s hot foods were not replenished when empty. Desk staff were too busy talking to each other in the morning to listen to my concerns. Will NOT ever return or recommend

I have stayed at a lot of hotels traveling for work and this property is very dirty. One of the most dirtiest I’ve ever stayed at the bathroom was absolutely disgusting tub would not drain barely any hot water only reason why I didn’t complain because I just got done driving 14 hours and just needed to sleep the night desk young lady was very nice breakfast was very good.

Room was clean and very comfortable. Staff at check-in (Jordan) and in breakfast area (Geraldine) were super friendly and helpful. Only negative was I didn’t check receipt at check out and when I got home I saw a different card and card number and amount charged that did not correspond with my reservation. I will have to call and sort out this error during business hours.

The staff was excellent - very nice and polite. Breakfast was okay - you could step it up a notch with fresh fruit that is actually breakfast type fruit (bruised apples are not really breakfast fruit - you're not the only hotel that does not know this I I know its hard to fathom but not really a breakfast food). Also - refrigerated spread...does not go well with cold grits and hats of half n half are yuck (not as in spoiled yuck just in general gross) . Everything else was pretty good - the staff handling the breakfast were also awesome at what they were doing!

Checking in was fast & easy. Although our first rooms refrigerator did not work,the gentleman who was working switched our rooms right away. Things happen & break no big deal. The breakfast was excellent as was the woman who worked it.

Was disappointed with the heat/cool unit in room 205. Thermostat wasn't working properly. Set heat to 72, too warm. Reset at 70 68 and 66 too warm. Finally set AC to 76 and was able to sleep. Was up most of the night.
