The GM was professional and assisted me with check in. Only complaint is they are working on the flooring so i was near the elevator after asked not to be near elevator.

Was having trouble locating the hotel. Dwayne stayed on the phone with me navigating my way to the hotel. As the hotel property runs parallel to the highway and maps was telling me i was there.

The staff was most courteous and helpful. When we had issues with the first room to which we were assigned, we were graciously assigned another one. The complimentary breakfast bar was only mediocre, in my opinion, but it served the purpose "in a pinch." We have stayed at this hotel for at least the past 10 years on our visits to the area. I'm sure that we will stay again.
