The property was comfortable and I slept well but the room needed some attention. The microwave was broken and the shower floor had a big crack in it, and would give in when standing in the shower.

My room was not what we requested we requested a king size bed. Was not notified we could not get it. Was put in a handicap room with a queen bed. Bathroom sink water was barely coming out. No soap holder in the shower. Coffee pot in the bathroom unsanitary. Stool to loose. Very unhappy.

Horrible experience!! Unfriendly staff at front desk and cats all around the front entry door (also two vagrants hanging around outside). Our room was hot with a horrible musty smell when we first walked in and very outdated. Do not recommend!!

Arrived at the room on July 12th and was told I didn't have a room because I booked through a 3rd party so it took 3 days for you to tell me that. Than why didn't you refund me my money or email me. You gave my room to someone willing to pay more and thought it was okay to give me that sorry excuse. Next step Corporate.
