House was clean and easy to check in. A very central location on the island. Bring hand towels, dishrags, etc. We got 1 hand towel for the bathroom for the week and NO dish rags. Only a sponge. Hard to clean off tables with a sponge. Ladder to bunkbed broke when the kids climbed it upon check in. Contacted them and they brought a small ladder for kids to use at the end of the bunk bed. Was very dangerous and not the best solution. Their plant waterer came at dinner time as we were all showering and getting ready to go out, which ment zero water pressure in the main bathroom. Pool was cleaned once while we were there on day 2 of 7. A posted schedule would have been helpful. The outdoor seating area was great, lots of spots to sit, however the trees dropped pollen and made a mess, no outdoor broom accessible and nothing to clean the table off with. Beadrooms were comfortable and spacious. Bedding was clean. Bath towels for all guests and beach towels provided. Lawn chairs and umbrella provied , but 2 of the lawn chairs were broken and umbrella was a mini golf umbrella. Second bathroom off back bedroom smelt like urine. The water from the shower constantly leaks over around the toilet as the shower wall is not long enough. Showers both look like modern upgrades. Toilet seat is a cushioned seat that is stained and gross. Needs replacing. Second toilet seat is discoloured and stained. No cleaning supplies left to clean messes. Overall great rental, just updates needed.
