The recently renovated property in 2022 features interiors spanning 90 square meters with a fully equipped kitchen, including a washing machine, microwave, spacious American fridge/freezer, Nespresso machine, oven, and kettle. Mosquito nets adorn all apartment windows.
The two bedrooms (one double and the other with two single beds) and the studio with a sofa bed provide flexible solutions to accommodate up to 6 people. The two bathrooms boast spacious showers. The house is equipped with air conditioning and autonomous heating to ensure comfort in every season.
A large southeast-facing outdoor garden includes a 6m x 3m saltwater pool with an additional relaxation area (depth 40cm) and Roman steps. A convenient outdoor shower (hot/cold) in masonry enhances the outdoor spaces. The garden also features a marble table under a splendid almond tree, allowing for shaded outdoor dining even in the height of summer.
For maximum convenience and functionality, the garden offers a 6-meter outdoor kitchen with a sink, home kitchen, barbecue, and wood-fired oven.
