Les propriétaires ont pris le temps de nous appeler pour nous expliquer le séjour et nous présenter les environs L’appartement est très joli, spacieux et bien équipés A 5 minutes du centre ville et juste en face de l’arrêt de la navette Très calme Vous avez oubliés quelque chose à la maison? Ils ont pensés à tout pour vous dépanner échantillons médicaments jeux de sociétés lessive etc... Un bémol le jour du départ a été gâché par les réflexions de la concierge qui nous a demandé de quitter l’appartement à 9 h le samedi matin afin que la femme de ménage ait le temps de nettoyer. En arrivant on était quasiment près il nous manqué 5 minutes pour sortir les valises, elle est énervée elle nous reproche qu’on a pas balayé qu’on a jeter une bouteille en verre dans la mauvaise poubelle elle vérifie tout pour voir si on a rien cassé alors que l’accueil le premier jour était expéditif etc... pas super agréable

Appartement spacieux et très bien équipé. La propreté est irréprochable. L'appartement se situe pas très loin du centre ce qui permet de ne pas utiliser la voiture de la semaine. Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cet appartement et à Orcières Merlettes.

Nous revenons tout juste de notre semaine à Orcières. Cet appartement est vraiment grand, surtout la pièce à vivre. Tout est très propre et fonctionnel et il ne manque rien. Le gros plus c'est l'arrêt de la navette juste en face de l'appartement. Nous reviendrons certainement !

Appartement super. Pièce à vivre grande et lumineuse.

Nous avons passé une semaine de février dans l'appartement avec nos 3 filles âgées de 6 à 9 ans. L'appartement est confortable avec notamment une pièce à vivre vaste, lumineuse avec une belle vue. Les ustensiles de cuisine sont récents, très pratiques et il ne manque rien. Le four un peu vétuste et il peut exister un risque de se bruler si vous ne faites pas attention aux touts-petits enfants mais reste néanmoins fonctionnel (lasagnes et tartiflette). La salle de bains est un peu petite et il peut s'avérer difficile de se laver dans la douche pour une personne de forte corpulence ou pour laver des touts-petits. Cela n'a pas été un problème pour nous. Enfin, la communication est efficace et réactive. La remise des clés à l'arrivée et au départ s'est faite sans problèmes avec une gardienne très aimable. C'est la deuxième année que nous venons à Orcières-Merlette et nous n'hésiterons pas à louer à nouveau l'appartement tant la pièce à vivre est grande, lumineuse et agréable. Et si nous avons beau temps comme la semaine passée j'espère trouver des transats sur la terrasse! Merci beaucoup!

C'est simple, si nous revenons, si possible ce sera ici! Propriétaires sympathiques, disponibles, plein de conseils, compréhensifs...la caution a été remboursée rapidement. L'appartement est très bien équipé, on se sent immédiatement chez soi. La pièce à vivre est grande, c'est génial. Bien équipé (grand frigo, lave-vaisselle, appareil à raclette, table extérieure, grande table à manger...) Bien situé, à proximité des commerces, piscine, patinoire, bowling, restaurants sans être ennuyé par le bruit, il y a une terrasse extérieure ensoleillée, agréable pour manger dehors. Aller, je vais faire 1 critique minime, mais qui ne change en rien notre avis global ultra positif sur l'appartement, sans cela l'avis ne paraîtrait peut-être pas crédible. Si les matelas sont confortables (en particulier celui de la chambre parental), il est un peu dommage que le lit ai tendance à "quiner" légèrement. En synthèse, super satisfait, nous espérons pouvoir y séjourner de nouveau.

Excellentissime appartement !

Je n'ai que de bonnes choses à dire: on se sent tout de suite chez soi, il y a absolument tout ce qu'il faut , de l'espace, du calme, une vue splendide, une terrasse ensoleillée, tout à proximité, un accueil parfait et chaleureux ... y'a juste le pêle-patate qui est un peu décevant :-) .... pour le reste, génial !

Grand logement tout confort et soigné

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce grand et beau logement très bien exposé et avec une vue superbe ,il y a tout ce qu'il faut, comme à la maison.., Très rare à la montagne, la grande table très conviviale est superbe pour des repas en famille, le centre de la station est à 10mn à pied, donc on est au calme sans être top loin. La voiture est dans un garage, très pratique.. La literie 1 personne est excellente, par contre pour le lit 2 personne, le matelas 2 personnes n 'est pas adapté (car je pense il aurait fallu 2 matelas 1 personne , à cause de la barre au milieu) Et petit bémol pour ouvrir la porte-fenêtre donnant sur le balcon (difficile à ouvrir). Nous pensons revenir dans ce logement, peut-être en été, pour voir ce merveilleux paysage dans un autre cadre.
