Overall, this home was fine for our stay, but there are several things future guests should be aware of.The location was a definite highlightâconvenient and easy to access, which we appreciated. The home itself, however, shows noticeable wear and could use some maintenance. There were multiple scuffed walls and areas with missing paint, which gave it a slightly neglected feel.Safety and upkeep were a concern. Several dining room chairs had loose or missing screws, and one actually collapsed while my husband was sitting in it. That definitely needs to be addressed. The hot tub was also disappointingâit never got hot during our stay. The pool technician came out multiple times, and by the last day it only warmed slightly above pool temperature, which is not what you expect from a hot tub.The home includes a starter pack of supplies, which is standard and acceptable, but it was very minimal. Basic kitchen items like potholders were missing, which made cooking inconvenient.Another issue was trash management. Since pickup does not occur over the weekend, animals got into the bins and created a mess that we ended up having to clean ourselves.Overall, the stay was okay due to the location, but the maintenance issues and lack of attention to detail made it fall short of expectations.
