Amazing stay!

My family and I (two adults, 13 and 9 year old) stayed at the Manor for 4 days for school winter break. The entire process from booking to checking in and checkout was very smooth and easy! Josh and Meredith are great hosts and very responsive. The Manor is very clean and well maintained. All of the kitchen items were sparkling! My kids especially loved the Lion King and Harry Potter themed rooms. We will definitely look to book the Manor again.

We had a great stay at this property. It was about 15-20 minutes from the Disney resorts, in a nice quiet community. The house was super clean with an in-ground pool. The rooms had different themes that the kids loved. Would definitely stay again

Great get away!

This home was a perfect fit for our family. It is close to many activities and a quiet location. The home was very clean and had all the needed supplies. Communication with the owners was quick and helpful. We had no problems during our stay. I would highly recommend this rental.

Great home base for the Disney

We had a great stay at the Magical Magnolia Manor. The decor is super cute (my kids particularly loved Rafiki's treehouse in the Lion King themed room) and the house was really clean. We stayed there with friends and having two primary suites was wonderful. The pool is also a really nice feature, and I like how the door is alarmed to keep little kids safe. The house was spacious, the kitchen was well equipped, and the hosts were super responsive and kind. The house is a 14 minute drive to the parking at the Magic Kingdom, and there is a Starbucks on the way so you can fuel up before hitting the theme parks. We'd love to stay again!

My family of 5 enjoyed our stay at Magnolia Manor. We had a blast looking for all the hidden Disney characters. The detail to the decorations was impeccable. Very clean, and very comfortable. We enjoyed relaxing at the pool after a busy day at the parks. Distance to the parks was awesome.

Fantastic stay at Magnolia Manor

We’ve just returned from a fantastic 10 night stay at this wonderful villa. Josh was a brilliant host, we had a small problem on arrival (our fault) and he was instantly available to support us. In addition, he was accommodating for our request which we were extremely grateful for. Our young children loved their themed bedrooms and getting into the pool on return from Disney. The property was the perfect size for us. Just to reiterate the other reviews in that the location was fantastic . 15 mins from door to Disney car park was ideal, plus loads of food options nearby along with a huge Walmart. Our family would not hesitate to book to stay here again in the future.

Magical stay @ Magical Magnolia Manor

We, a family with two children aged 6 and 11 from the Netherlands, had a wonderful time in the villa. It is a villa where you can relax and enjoy. Communication prior to our stay and during our stay with Josh and Meredith was very nice. On arrival the villa was spotless! It is exactly as stated on the website. It was very hot during our stay so the kids enjoyed the pool a lot! Because the sun is on the water in the morning, the water is wonderfully warm. In the afternoon you have a bit more shade which we found very pleasant. The kids rooms en de play room in the garage were also great, the kids looooved it! The location is great. Everything was within a short distance and the traffic jams on the 4 were not too bad. In no time we were in the Disney area and Seaworld/Aquatica within 20 - 25 minutes. We have been going to Florida for many years (15 years) and have already rented many houses. This is one of the best villas we have rented so far. Great place!

This home was great for our family of 5. The location was good and the home was very clean. The pool was very clean too which I was happy about. The owners were very attentive and checked on us even though we had no issues. Well stocked kitchen and really cute Disney themed rooms.

Awesome experience

We loved staying at the Magical Magnolia Manor! Stayed for 4 nights with our two kids. The house was exactly as pictured and each detail was amazing! Highly recommend getting the pool heated, we enjoyed the pool so much and it was a very comfortable temp. The owners were very responsive and helpful. Definitely plan to stay here again.

Nice place

The stay here was nice. The kid rooms and bathroom was definitely a hit with our kids. The master bedroom bed was comfortable. The shower is on the small size specially with the big rain head with little pressure. The pool area is also nice. There is an alarm on the back door that is on the aggravating side because the bypass button on the outside doesn’t work so every time we came in the alarm would go off. However the owners said that it’s mandatory that it’s there for the state laws. The only thing I wish was different is the AC being able to go lower because the rooms get stuffy. But we understand that it’s done to conserve on the bill which is understandable. There is a fan so that helped. Overal the stay was great.

Fabulous stay and wonderful property owners

We were sceptical of this type of stay, having never done it before and also as I was there for business and am used to the creature comforts of a hotel, I was uncertain but the benefits outweighed the risk so I went for it. I was very glad I did. Clean property, lovely pool, close to a big walmart and endless options for eating available on Uber Eats, or a short drive away. The hosts were absolutely brilliant. They responded really quickly to any questions and seemed like they couldn't have done enough to help. Really impressed and when I'm back in this area, I know where I'll be staying.

Amazing family villa

What an amazing place to enjoy a Florida / Disney vacation. Themed rooms and games room were amazing and location was perfect for Disney and shopping. Villa was immaculate and facilities were exceptional. Pool area was perfect for sunbathing and splashing around on a hot day. Would certainly go back and would have this home at the top of my list for when we return.

Best time at Magical Manor

We are very happy we chose to stay at Magical Manor, it is the perfect family villa in a great location - being close to the attractions, supermarkets and restaurants. It is clean, modern and had everything we needed during our stay. The theme rooms were so much fun and the games room was awesome. The communication was always quick between our hosts Josh and Meredith, and we could tell they take pride in their property as it is very well maintained. This house was great for our family. Location was fantastic for proximity to the parks. The themed rooms were super fun for our kids. The house could have been more clean and some essentials including cutting boards and washcloths were missing. Overall, it was served us well for our week visiting Disney!

Amazing house, so clean, good communication.

Perfect for our Disney trip!

Had a wonderful stay at this property for our first Disney trip. The house is close to the parks and was so nice to have the kitchen, pool, and extra space that staying on site would not have provided. Our girls loved the Lion King, minions, and Star Wars theming. Would definitely stay here again.
