Property was advertised. Clean, spacious, close to nearby attractions. House had everything we needed. Pool and lazy river was amazing, could spend an entire week just sitting around it. Would definitely visit again!!

2024 Family Vacation

Great location, Cindy our host was very helpful right from the booking. All bedrooms were exactly what we were looking for. Nice home and set up but visible wear and tear around the home. Perfect for families who will be out all day as will have less focus on the obvious bits of refurbishment required.

One of the best things about this stay was the great communication between myself and the incredible host. All my many questions and concerns were addressed immediately and in a helpful mannor. The condo is not far from any of the many Orlando attractions and yet it was nice to be outaide of the business of Orlando. Great onsite amenities! Definitely recommend this location!

We loved our stay it has everything you need,pots pans dishes towels and soaps. I loved the pool it had a hot tub lazy river a bar near the pool and an arcade. It was definitely worth the money I’m definitely coming back next year.

Owner was very responsive

One of the tvs blew out in a storm before we arrived and the owner was very good at informing me of the issue. Because I wanted tvs in all rooms she made sure one placed there before we arrived. Downstairs is a little tight as the area is small. Everything else was good. The rental was clean and quiet with no issues at all.

Great, minus tiny things

Fantastic stay. Gated community and amenities were resort-style. It would've been nice to have scissors, a sharpie, pen and paper in the kitchen. We loved how close it was to the clubhouse, and wished we had more time to spend at the pools. Thanks for everything!

Excellent Value

We really enjoyed our stay at Regal Palms!! We stayed three nights - July 8th thru July 11th (Fri, Sat, and Sunday) departing Monday at 10:00 am. We are two married adults with three children, along with one well behaved (38 pound) terrier/husky coming from Tampa, FL. This two story unit is a five minute walk from the Resort’s Waterpark. We preferred driving and parking near the Waterpark. Outside it was hot! There’s plenty of green space outdoors for walking a dog. This unit is equipped with all the necessities: one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, silverware, plates, glasses, towels, soap, etc. Even a washer/dryer! The kids loved the big screen tv in the living room and the PlayStation — you can access Netflix through the PlayStation. We recommend having a half dozen or so games available for guests to play with (easily bought at Game Stop) for a bit more variety and fun — but the kids loved the gaming system. Regal Palms resort has a lazy river, water slide, zero entry pool and arcade. Fun tropical music plays at poolside. The kids had a blast swimming!! Get to the pool early to claim your free shaded umbrella (temp felt like 105F in summer) and comfy chairs. Pizza was huge and delicious and ran us around $12.00 at the pool bar. Sodas were $3.39 for Pepsi, Sprite, Mountain Dew, etc. Hamburgers and salads were also available for purchase. Publix and Applebee’s are 1/4 mile away (walking distance). The kids enjoyed the onsite1950’s Ice Cream Parlor and the arcade with indoor playground. While it was raining outside, we were always able to play inside. In terms of the interior of the unit — the four bedrooms are as described. Beds comfortable, especially the master. No daily maid service. The downstairs bedroom has an adjoining bathroom. It would be excellent for someone who did not want to climb stairs. Our dog did well at Regal Palms. We brought him a doggie gate, treats and gave him limited access to the downstairs. No issues with him while at the pool or Disney Springs for 5-6 hours at a time. Two parking spaces. RING doorbell system records motion at front door for safety. The entry door has a 4 digit code to unlock the unit. Resort fee is payable upon arrival- @ $23 per day. In summary, we highly recommend this unit —especially for those who are “value minded” and want to bring along a pet at no extra charge. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!!

Nice place but needs updated. The housekeepers didn't do the best at cleaning but overall it was a nice place to stay. The beds need to be updated not the most comfortable, except the master bedroom. But it does need more lighting in the master bedroom and maybe more outlets or a nice light with USB ports (we may be a tad spoiled from other places we've stayed). The pool area was nice but I was expecting it to be a lot bigger then it actually was. The gentleman at the gate was very nice and helpful (he needs a raise) I don't think we would stay in this area again though.

We loved our stay at this property! We stayed with my inlaws and my son, and it was the perfect size for all of us. The owner was very helpful and super quick to answer my questions. Just the basics inside, but everything we needed. Very close to the pool and other facilities. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Place to Stay

We stayed 8 nights in this wonderful townhouse. First, the owner(s) (Cindy) are amazing! They are very quick to communicate. Very friendly and helpful. They really do want you to enjoy your stay in their home, and it shows! The location is convenient to the clubhouse. And the resort location is very convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping. (And Disney) The townhouse has everything you need. We didn't cook, but I did observe everything was there if needed. They kindly provided coffee, soap, trash bags, and toilet paper to help you get through the first day or two if you did not bring those items. There were plenty of towels (bring your own beach towel for the lazy river!) but no washcloths, for sanitary reasons. They provided plenty of blankets and pillows. The thermostat was set on PERFECT! The beds are very comfortable! Along with the sofas. They have great TV's, including a PlayStation. We all brought our own gaming systems for streaming Netflix, etc., so we did not use it, but it was nice to have that as an option. The only CONS are the lighting- which is really nitpicking. We were so pleased, if they are still opening their home to rentals, and not booked, we will be back next year! On a side note, NOT related to the actual townhouse, but is to Regal Palm Resort.... The lazy river is AMAZING! The restaurant has good food, but is misleading, as it's not a pub, nor a grill. The open floor concept has more of a cafeteria feel and is open to the lobby as guests come in and out. The atmosphere is not what one might expect in a pub or grill. And there is NO Irish food, steaks, fish, etc. so ignore their online menu. Think of it as a sandwich, pizza and burger place.

It was nice enough for what we needed. The upstairs shower in the master bath drained slow as did the downstairs shower. The lighting in all the rooms was terrible. You couldn’t see anything. Other than that it was fine.

Adequate Stay

This property is bare bones and in need of TLC. One of the upstairs bedrooms has a TV but no cable box so tv is un useable. Property lists play station available for use but no power cord to be found, so that too was unusable. Each bedroom has only one small tiny lamp which provides very inadequate lighting especially for the older adults traveling with us. The hand rail going up stairs is pulling away from the wall and is unsafe to grab onto for stability. The blow dryer in lower level bathroom also unuseable. The kitchen cooking items are bare bones with the handles of some of the pans falling off. There is a large water stain on the dining area ceiling which I assume is from previous water leaking. This was probably the most basic rental we’ve ever stayed in and was adequate for the few nights we were there. The resort is nice however much closed early probably due to being off season. The unit is in a very safe neighborhood and the pool was nicely heated. We were 30-45 minutes from all shopping and attractions. This again is an adequate rental, and the owner was very prompt to respond. With a bit more tlc this could be quite a gem.
