We had such a great stay and would absolutely come back. The house was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed (and more). The pool area felt really private, which made it easy to relax, and our kids loved watching movies out on the pool deck each night. The arcade room was also a huge hit for our whole family.We did have one small issue with the hot tub not heating, but maintenance responded quickly and had it fixed within a couple of hours, which we really appreciated.Overall, a wonderful experience—thank you for a memorable family trip!

This was our second time staying at this house. Everything was perfect. Plenty of space for our family. Game room is awesome!! The hot tub wasn’t heating up the first night however after contacting the manager- it was fixed right away! There is nothing bad to say about this house. We will definitely be back again!

Great house and location! We are a family of 5 adults and one child, age 11. Everyone had space and a bathroom of their own. The house is clean and has a lot of amenities that other rental houses don't have. We loved the game room and the pool. The spa heat worked great. We loved the dining table and lounge chairs by the pool. We enjoyed the community pool at Windsor Hills and the location to Disney is perfect. The host is very quick with responses and help. We go almost every year to Disney so we have stayed in several different houses and would stay in this house (or another from this host) again.

Perfect Family House

This house had everything we needed for our stay - 7 of us. There was plenty of space for everyone to watch a movie together on the couch. We loved the pool and game room. Owner was very responsive when we had an issue with the washer and the one arcade game. Great location too! Would recommend and would definitely stay again!

Rest, recovery and run to Disney! This is the place to be!

The owners hospitality and welcoming vibe kicked off our stay in such a relaxing, stress free way. The home was undeniably one of the cleanest, coolest and comfiest homes we’ve stayed in while on our Disney Adventures in the last 3 years. Their communication is top notch and there was never a moment of uncertainty which for us, is key! We wanted to get away, Disney Dive in and not think about much else and we were a let to have that experience! Thank you! We will be sure to be back!

Great House!

Absolutely wonderful home located in a safe and great location for Disney or Universal! It looks exactly as pictured, and the beds and furniture is very comfortable after a busy day! The game room is fun for all ages and there is so much space to relax! The back patio and pool area is really nice. The free pool and spa heat, and grill access is a definite bonus too We enjoyed watching movies while relaxing in the hot tub a lot. The only thing that drove us crazy was the constant need to push the pool alarm button both going out and back in the back of the house, and not being able to leave the sliding door open more than 10 seconds before it goes off. The kitchen is stocked with all the tools you need to cook, just make sure you bring spices, cooking spray ect. that you will need. You'll also need to bring bottled water. The refrigerator has a great ice maker, but it does not have filtered water. These things didn't bother us, but thought I'd let future renters know in advance. Another great thing is Wal-Mart is right by the neighborhood, you can order Wal-Mart delivery like we did and be stocked within an hour of arriving and get gas easily on the way out. This house was by far one of the better homes we have stayed at visiting Orlando! Thank you again!

We stay in Windsor hills every year for our families Disney vacation. Great house - Clean - Great layout for a multi family trip. Outside tv, and game room was a massive plus for having 5 little ones with us.

Great house overall. Spa and pool were hot and clean. Game room was awesome for the kids. Perfect location to Disney - 15 minute drive. Themed bedrooms was a nice touch for the kids. Master bedroom mattress was really comfortable. Would stay again.

The place was immaculate when we entered. We picked this property instead of several others in the same development because we thought the kids (8 & 12) would love the game room; the adults got way more use out of it than the kids. We came for Disney - the location was fantastic!

The PERFECT location when visiting Orlando

A magical week

Adventureland is like staying in magic kingdom! Themed bedrooms that the kids loved, two comfortable master suites on the first floor. A wonderful pool with toys and floats available. I’m saving the best for last…the arcade room, kids and adults alike loved playing the many games that were available. The commute to the Disney parks were easy and close. Plenty of dining options nearby. Adventureland was by far the best home we’ve rented on VRBO.

Fun for everyone

I would like to say that we really enjoyed our stay at this property. We had planned a low key trip this year and this house had something for everyone to do when just hanging around relaxing. The game room was fun for adults and kids. My Son actually set the new high score now on the Basketball game and got 335. The pool area was perfect for swimming, playing cards and eating meals. Definitely recommend this house.

Wonderful Family Vacation

We had a wonderful vacation at Adventureland in Windsor hills. Pool and spa were amazing. House was clean and had plenty of room for the 8 of us. The clubhouse was nice and the kids loved the parks. Close drive to everything you need as well. We would definitely recommend this house for all families!

Amazing property!

Our family has stayed at several properties in the Kissimmee area and this was by far the best! The home was very clean and was above and beyond what our expectations were for it, even with very high reviews from other guests. This is not a typical vacation home; the owners have gone to great extent to add nice touches with very comfortable beds and an amazing game room. Someone from our group set the high score on that basketball machine (now 305) and would love to know if it is broken! :) The t.v outside and plenty of seating was great as well.
