Important Information

Self Check-In
You will receive a personalized door code 72 hours prior to arrival. There is no lobby or front desk.

Gate Access
Paradise Palms features a staffed security gate at one entrance. Please present your welcome packet (printed or digital) upon arrival. Security will issue a re-entry voucher. A secondary entrance is open during the day and closes in the evening; your voucher is required for access.

Parking
Maximum of 4 vehicles per reservation. No exceptions.

Guest Registration
All guests, regardless of age, must be registered in the Paradise Palms Resort system prior to arrival. Failure to provide all guests’ full names (first and last) before arrival may result in check-in delays or denied access to resort amenities. Each vehicle must be registered and receive its own visitor pass from security.

Starter Supplies

As this is a self-catering home, a starter kit is provided:

• 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
• 1 travel-size hand soap per bathroom
• 1 travel-size shampoo per bathroom
• 2 garbage bags per bin
• 1 paper towel roll
• 2 dishwasher pods
• 1 dish detergent
• 1 sponge

Basic cookware and utensils are provided.
Seasonings, condiments, coffee, and tea are not included.

Pool & Spa Heating (Optional)

• Available October–March for $45 per day
• Must be requested for the entire stay
• Heating takes 24–48 hours
• Pool and spa share the same water; spa heat requires pool heat
• Not available April–September
• Water temperature may vary when outdoor temperatures drop below 60°F

Pool Service
• Pools are serviced every Monday
• Pool may be unavailable for up to 3 hours during cleaning
• Pool heating does not reach hot tub temperatures

Grill
• No grill onsite; rentals available locally
• Grilling must be done on the grass, not on the patio
• Additional cleaning fees may apply

Package Delivery

Paradise Palms accepts deliveries at the clubhouse:

• $1 per pound handling fee
• $1 per day storage fee
• Accepted carriers: Amazon, UPS, FedEx
• USPS is not supported

Packages must arrive during your stay. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged deliveries.
