I’ve stayed in this hotel in the past when it was owned by Sheraton. It has been completely remodeled. Rooms are very nice and everything is brand new. I highly recommend it. We will be staying here again.

The hotel is great. Easy to access anywhere. Free shuttle to and from Hollywood and universal. The breakfast is a great adds on. Food tastes good and the price is quite fair.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. I requested a high floor room away from the elevator, and they honored my request perfectly. The room was very spacious, clean, and quiet, which made my stay so comfortable. I really appreciate the attention to detail and the great service. Highly recommend!

The front desk staff was great. However, the rooms were extremely dirty. I say rooms because the first one had unchanged sheets with hair all over both beds. There was hair stuck to the towels and in the bathroom. The washcloths were dirty and stained, as if they hadn’t been washed, and the other towels had hair on them as well. The toilet had brown stains. I asked the front desk for a different room because I just wanted to rest—I was on a business trip. Unfortunately, the second room also had hair, this time on one of the beds. I ended up sleeping on the other bed. I appreciate how apologetic the front desk was, but the cleaning crew really needs to take their job seriously.
