I wish there was no stars to pick. This is a horrible place and I can't believe it's a Marriott. The manager Rafael didn't even have the courtesy to help resolve my issues. Please, don't stay at this place. People are in the hallway screaming at 2am. Rooms are filthy. And no one helps you. Disgusting.

Check in was terrible the lady at the front desk wasn’t friendly at all and said maybe 2 words to us didn’t explain anything about parking. The room is extremely small and there was a cockroach crawling behind the bathroom door there is dust all over the room. I had to ask the 2nd day where the ice machine was because that wasn’t told to us either.most of the tv stations didn’t work. The rest of the staff was nice except for the one that checked us in. Personally I will never stay here again there are too many better options for the price in Orlando

A terrible experience from start to finish. The hotel is far from what it promises and absolutely not worth the price. The customer service was cold, uninterested, and unprofessional. Any issue seemed like an inconvenience to them instead of something they genuinely wanted to resolve. The atmosphere was not comfortable or relaxing, and the constant noise made it almost impossible to rest. For what they charge, I expected much better. There are many better options in the area that offer more for less money. I would not return and do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great location to Sea World. Nice pool and outdoor area. Only a couple issues. Water pressure in shower is poor. Towels are small. Doors slam shut and can hear down the hall. Rooms are typical ALOFT rooms. I still hate they charge $26 for parking. Add that to your room charge!
