Overall great home, very clean and comfortable. Just a bit disappointed we didn't have access to the Margaritaville amenities and it wasn't made more clear that we did not have access. A "special situation" came about on the second day where half the family came down with the flu. In addition to this, a tropical storm would prevent my family from safely driving back home. The company honestly handled this situation with very little empathy and quite frankly awful customer service. Understandably, they wouldn't allow us to extend our stay in the original house as people booked it after us. We then asked if we could simply move houses where the manager misquoted us by $200. We then asked for early check in as the tropical storm was happening the day we had to move houses and they took forever to get back to us, finally we were additionally charged $50 to check in 2 hours early. Again these things are understandable but they show a lack of concern and empathy and demonstrate awful customer service. The properties are great but please book with the intention that if you happen to have a unique incident, you are basically screwed.
