Gut: Sauberkeit
The place was large, and the furnishings were adequate except for the dinning room chairs. They were the kind that rock when you lean back on them to the point that you will fall backwards because the chairs were broken. The dishwasher was broken and did now work at all. We called Florida Premier who was supposed to be taking care of everything but we could only leave messages and no one ever called us back or came to our unit. The downstairs had very little heat as it was January. The thermostat for the whole condo was located upstairs so the two downstairs bedrooms and the two bathrooms were extremely cold to the point where we had 4 blankets on at night and going to the bathroom felt like you were outside. But the worst of it all was that in the middle of the night the fire alarm in the unit would go off sometimes hourly. We had my husband my son and his wife and two children who started to cry when they heard the alarms go off at 12:45 AM and 1:45 AM just about each night. The first night my daughter in law grabbed the kids and ran with them outside in the cold while my husband, my son and I ran all over the house to see what was on fire. Getting into the community was ridiculous because the gates never worked. Coming home from a full day of Disney at 10 o'clock at night dead tired trying to find someone to help us open the gates was no fun. If you want to stay at a condo that completely ignores you and any issues you might have than this is the place for you.
