Great property with WATER VIEW!! Located in the middle of the Disney corridor and just minutes from all of Central Florida’s Theme Parks, Shopping and Attractions.
One of the closest developments to Disney in Central Florida, This is a spacious 2 story pool and spa home located in the center of everything .. Right on 192 close to dining, shopping and just 2 miles from Disney property, the best of all worlds.
The home has an enormous pool deck with covered lanai looking out over a beautiful fountain waterfront.. Perfect for outdoor dining and grilling with a raised waterfall that also provides beautiful views of the water. Very private as one neighbor is offset and the other has an extensive landscape barrier between the two of them.

The home is older but has been undergoing extensive upgrades as you can see from the photos. Please note there is NO Garage access in this home as the owner has it full of personal items. The driveway can hold several cars
Kings sized Master Bedroom downstairs with private bath. Upstairs you have 3 additional bedrooms that have 2 twins in the mickey room and two queen bedrooms round off the upstairs.
All the TV are new Roku smart sets in every bedroom along with highspeed internet .. New Carpet, Paint and Décor.
What I love about this home:
Many of today’s vacation homes are stacked right on top of each and have very small pools and pool areas with very little privacy. The homes can also be very cramped and located many miles from Disney forcing you to fight tons of traffic to reach them…

This is my first time using vrbo so hope this isnt how it works.Showed up Thursday, grass was 2ft. tall, not a big deal.We chose this house for the hot tub and grill, as advertised. Both of which are not on property.The hot tub is in their words “ a shallow end for the kids to play, not a hot tub. Heated pool didnt work until after we asked why and they came and fixed it. Also noticed the grill was not on property as advertised so the steaks and food we bought we were not able to use. Seems like a money grab for these home owners, as the property could use some attention.PS you cant hang a fire extinguisher at the top of the stairs, only screwed into drywall. Its too heavy and in a high traffic area.
