This is a family friendly resort full of amenities that adults and children alike will enjoy. The cheery aesthetics of this bright blue Villa blends seamlessly with the sunny blue skies above. The sun doesn't stop there, as you step inside this glowing new space, your home away from home.

The main level on the first floor is an open concept space with fantastic natural lighting and high ceilings, you're sure to love the abundance of space for your group. New and modern furnishings and finishes will give your group the true luxury experience, where you can make this space your own. The living room includes a sofa and accent chair, wall mounted television; the perfect space to rest between your getaway experiences. The dining area offers a comfortable space for 6 guests to enjoy their meals, with additional seating at the kitchen counter.

The kitchen needs no words! With stunning lighting, neutral counters, gleaming appliances. This space is fully equipped with all the dining ware you'll need to enjoy this space as your own. With this, you have the flexibility to dine in or dine out during your stay.

This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between three private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV and en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, smart TV and en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom #3 includes 2 twin beds and en-suite bathroom (first floor bedroom)

This is a private home and as such does not have access to Fins Up Club and pools, nor the Fitness Center that are on the Margaritaville grounds. However, H20 Water Park is within walking distance to the Villa! https://www.islandh2owaterpark.com/ check link for seasonal availability. You can also check resortpass.com for neighboring hotels offering pool access.

Margaritaville Resort is less than 5 miles from Walt Disney World and 10 miles from Universal Studios. Our guests have access to onsite restaurants, live music, shopping, and comedy shows.

Pet fee is $150 (one small dog is ok, no cats)

SUNSET WALK is a fast 15-minute walk away and has just about everything your group desires. From modern shopping experiences, dining, and entertainment, this area is sure to entertain. The Sunset Walk complex hosts the H20 Waterpark, dozens of notable restaurants, a dine-in movie area, video arcade, live music, market, spa, and MORE!

Please note that late check out must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late check out are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay. The Blue Villa was a comfortable stay for the whole family. The upstairs rooms having their own restroom was great. The location was perfect, being close to grocery stores and about a 15 minute drive to Disney. Overall it was a great stay.

We loved this property. The rooms were very spacious and the bathrooms were beautiful. The resort is very large, but after a day you familiarize yourself with getting around. It was far from the big pool, but we did utilize the small pool that’s just right outside the back door!

Disney Respite

We loved staying at this property. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Ubers were easy to get from here to get to the Disney properties. At night, it was so nice to escape the craziness and come back to this quiet space. Highly recommend!

Good location and rental

Reasonable price with a great location. A lot to do in the immediate area and not far at all from Disney. Took us about 20 minutes to get to anywhere Disney and traffic wasn’t ever too bad. Host was very responsive with any questions we had. Some minor cleaning needed to be done upon arrival, but nothing major.

Perfect family getaway in an amazing location

This condo was centrally located to all parks. Lots of space with comfortable beds. When we first got there, there were a few housekeeping things that weren’t done but I emailed the property owner and everything was immediately rectified. Definitely recommend this condo.

This property was exactly as described! Easy booking and check in, responsive and friendly host. The unit was impeccably clean, down to the dishes. 15 minutes to the parks and for less than the price of a tiny room on Disney property, we booked this gorgeous home. The manager was not responsive when needed. Instructions they provided on an email were different from the ones provided in the room binder. Please be careful and read carefully and question anything that might not be clear to you. I also recommend to check all rooms and bathrooms. I was asked if I took a blow dryer and I said “no” since a carry my own dry bar. Then I get a notification that they filed a claim for two block dryers, which seems like a fraudulent claim to me.

Home away from Home

Everything was better than expected. Easy to get to and get into. How nice to walk into a spotless home with everything that we needed for the stay, other than food and beverage. This place was a great place to stay on every level. The host (Jack) was always quick to respond to any questions that we had prior to our stay. Publix and Target are very close too, for anything that you might need during your stay. I would highly recommend this Home away from Home. Tom
