The home was wonderful! Well-appointed and with plenty of space for our family of 14. The main disappointment is that details about the amenities are not clearly provided by the property management company (for example, that community clubhouse/gym require access cards/codes, and that the hot tub requires additional fees to actually be hot). These details are either not provided or not made clear in the check-in materials on Vrbo. You will be required to sign a separate rental agreement that is heavily skewed toward the protection of the rental company and will ultimately legally nullify any protections you may have had through Vrbo. Aside from those logistical issues, the rental property itself is amazing and has everything you need for a comfortable stay for all ages. Our crew ranged from 9 months old to 84 years old. Everyone felt at home. The dedicated media and game rooms were definitely a hit!

It was great, but….

Love the house and property. However the issue with the pool heater was never resolved so we could not use the hot tub or the pool at night. I called a few times, but never resolved. When we got home Friday night from being out at dinner we waited 30-45 min to go thru guard gate because they closed one side and left only 1 lane. Other than that I would stay again. Just need a credit for the heater. Thank you

Gorgeous modern home

Beautiful house. Beautifully decorated. Oasis clubhouse and pool area are an amazing bonus.
