Stay was ugh ok for 1 night. Housekeeping at 8:10am knocked once, then let themselves in our room. I was getting out of the shower and husband was still laying in bed. My 2 kids were still asleep. Wouldn't stay again. So many other nicer options.

The place was very clean and was either built recently or remodeled very nicely with quality materials. It was off the main road slightly so it was very quiet. I liked the pool being open 24 hours and the hot tub was warm with good jets. The grounds were very nice. I would definitely stay there again. They did charge 150 deposit which has taken a while to come off the credit card.

Had to wait for security to show up to check in. No front desk. After I checked in the tv wasn't working, I called the front desk and she said I had to wait until morning. So there was no TV so I had to listen to the loud AC unit all night. Then in the morning I went to take a shower and there was no hot water. I would never stay here again

The staff were very friendly and helpful, however the property leaves MUCH to br desired. Booked a standard room through Expedia. We arrived around 730pm and check in was easy. There was plenty of parking near our room. Once inside, the rooms was VERY small. Two of the smallest double beds I have ever seen were crammed into our teeny space along with a desk, chair, dresser, and tv stand with fridge/freezer, microwave, and tv. One bed was very firm, the other very soft. One of the beds was way too close to the ac unit which restricted airflow and kept it from functioning properly leading to a very uncomfortable, stuffy, hot and humid room. The shower head was old and dirty and kept the water pressure low. Bright lights outside our only window that we couldn’t completely block out. TV stopped working at 9pm and had to have maintenance come replace it. Manager was unreachable by employees so they could not offer us another room. The hot tub was dirty and only half full so we were unable to use it which was very disappointing since we were looking forward to the 24 hour pool access. Someone tried to enter our room at around 1am, thankfully we had the door locked so they could not get in. Overall, a very stressful and disappointing stay. I will not be coming back.
