Never again!

The building is old. The room hallway smelled like weed or maybe the smell is something else’s, I don’t know. The bathroom linen had stains and hair. The refrigerator didn’t get cold. And in order to use the microwave you had to unplug either the refrigerator or tv. Horrible.

Filthy and disgusting location. Entire building smelled like mold. Food and debris all on floors in dining area. Elevator floors were sticky from not being cleaned. Had to use a rag to push buttons on elevator panel was streaky and dirty from being touched and probably never cleaned. Entry Door was repaired in our room with bolts to hold it together. Needs a complete overhaul, was dirty and smelled bad.The carpet in our room was ripped and stained also smelt bad, because of the condition of the place I felt unsafe. I was told on the phone that they had an airport shuttle turns out they don’t, they told me that I must have called the wrong comfort inn. Breakfast was stingy and the baked goods were not fresh!! Stay away from this dump!! Even the gentleman on the front desk seemed embarrassed of the place

I paid for breakfast and there was nothing, milk, juice, butter and fruit… Just a few pieces of bread and horrible water, my children went hungry… Other people who arrived later didn’t even eat bread.

I was not satisfied your service. A front man was not polite. He always put ear phone during our check in and check out . Then there were not amenity like tissue paper, pen, meno and hair drier in my room.Then he rejected bill I asked at checking out. He said he emails bill but I still do not receive yet.

The staff was pleasant but was not made aware that there would be an extra charge at check in on top of what we already paid. There was a hold put on the card plus an extra $15. The floor we stayed on smelled like mildew. The room smelled as well and there was mold on the doorframe to the bathroom. Dirt on the bedsheets and floor was sticky. The breakfast was a disappointment as well. Pancake batter was empty, drinks were empty, coffee was basically water.
