Good last minute hotel

Potty pad was left on the balcony from someone who had a pet. And also someone left there dog on the balcony almost all night and the poor dog screamed and barked all night.

Horrible Customer Service/Vacation Turned BSF

Check in experience went well & agent Precious was exceptionally nice, amazing & professional with customer service. But after check in process everything went downhill after that. Was in vacation with my son and booked our first night (8/9/25) directly on site at the hotel. We were given room on the 4th floor 1. First night bathroom door didn't close. It was sliding door that kept sliding back open so me & son were unable to get privacy whenever either used it 2. Using shower caused water to leak all over bathroom floor & into front door foyer so hotel moved us to different room on 5th floor. I booked this 2nd night (8/10/25) through Hotels.com 3.We had same issue in new room with the shower leaking water into bathroom floor and into the front door foyer. Bathroom door had same issue kept sliding open 4. I asked for another room with upgraded shower. Manager said he didn't have any but gave us free night (8/11/2025) & different room on 7th floor. He told only perk was we could view fireworks at Disneyland directly from our balcony from 9pm-10pm that night. My son & I sat on balcony for entire hour & saw nothing. 5. TV also didn't work in upgraded room. No cable 4. Mgr gave us a coupon for free dinner for 2 at the restaurant located in the lobby & also signed it. When we went to redeem it the waitress at bar said she didn't know what it was & said she had to go get permission to let me eat for free. Then she only wanted to allow me to get a salad & appetizer.

Improvements

The stay was okay but 2nd floor needs an ice machine. There was maintenance drilling at 2 am in the room next door. We were compensated with a late check out. Otherwise the hotel is great.
