This property was amazing! The included breakfast and dinner were wonderful! The three included drinks at night were an added bonus. We were within easy walking distance (10 minutes or less depending on your walking speed). The pool was also nice with a splash pad and a hot tub. I would definitely recommend for a familybwith kids.

Property was clean, the pool needed to be swept it was a bit dirty, Food was good but needed more options. Everything was great though. The drinks were delicious, even the Mocktails the bartenders made my son. Staff were wonderful. I just wish there was some music or a DJ at the pool.

Hotel review

This hotel was absolutely spot on, I had read previous reviews and this helped me choose this hotel. The buses to Disney were excellent and an Uber ride was a short ride away from Universal parks. The hotel room was lovely and clean and our beds etc were made on a regular basis. The staff were all very friendly and very helpful, they were first class. The food was great and the Disney make yourself waffles were a bit hit.

This place was amazing! The buffet was so plentiful which was great for my picky eater! It was nice to wake up super early and not have to worry about food or transportation to the parks! The staff were very helpful and we always saw them cleaning!!! Aside from the rooms being a little out dated and the fridge not really working, this place was amazing!!!!

Fabulous stay. Perfect for the Disney parks with regular free shuttle access and early park entry. The breakfast and kickback were fantastic value for money. Rooms were spacious clean & comfortable. Special mention to Christopher in maintenance who kindly sourced us an HDMI lead so we could hook the laptop up to the TV in our room to watch films on our down evenings away from the parks. Really appreciated! Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Hotel was modern and very clean however the room decor was very dark and odd for a Disney Springs area hotel. There is a shuttle to Disney Springs albeit not frequent but at least it's close enough to walk. Free breakfast and popcorn/soda everyday was great and convenient but would have liked a bit more variety at breakfast (sausage every morning, never bacon). The free kickback and 3 drinks everyday from 5:30-7:30 is convenient in theory but the food wasn't that great. If you're on a budget, it's great to save money on meals but keep in mind, if you're at the parks all day, will this be as useful? Pool was pretty small for the size of the hotel. Free shuttles (running till late at night) and early entry were great perks. Every shuttle makes 2 stops though so allow 30 mins to get anywhere). Front desk staff and check in experience was lacking. Overall a good hotel but could be better for what you pay.

My only complaint about the property would be the strange smell I would pick up in certain areas, particularly on the second floor. Otherwise, this was an amazing hotel experience I would very much like to repeat during my next visit to Orlando.
