A very good location. Some of the concierge staff are very kind and polite. However, the cleanliness is not at a very high level, so I’m giving it a 4. Still, it’s located in a very nice area, and since the hotel is new, some of the shortcomings are compensated for. The breakfasts are also very good and delicious.

The hotel is not very close to Disney World, but it’s conveniently located near Universal Studios. There’s no shuttle or transportation service to Universal Studios. It looks like it was recently remodeled, everything was clean and modern. The room was spacious, and the kitchenware and appliances seemed brand new. Breakfast was complimentary — not anything fancy, but good enough for a simple, light meal. The area is lively with plenty of restaurants around, and it felt safe even late at night. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay and a great choice!
