When we arrived our room wasn't ready so they had to change the entire room. Mind you this was at 5:30 pm. Then we were given our keys to 521 and my wife went you to check out the room and walked in on a whole family in that room .. we were given wrong keys and wrong room. Very very embarrassing to walk into a room full of people . Then when my wife asked what happened it was oh there are a bunch of "Williams" staying here. Yeah right. We are Hilton honors and never had this bad of a stay. We paid almost $300 and it was horrible ... What a waste.

There were no waters provided in room, just a coffee machine with tea and coffee, no snacks. The microwave did not work. We came back at 11pm from a concert and no room service available; so bought frozen pizza , chips and ice cream and 2 bottles of water from shop, was a small pizza and all cost $35!!). We were unable to cook due to microwave being broken. Great buffet Breakfast, Room was clean and comfortable, check in/out was a good experience.

Nice welcome reception, breakfast with made to order eggs and omelets was great! The driveway/entry could use some redesign to accommodate vehicles better. Need to remove that 2nd level of zig zag laid brick curbs and put in a wide curve. Cars just pulling in all kids of angle blocking each other in for longer then necessary.
