It was okay, but there were a lot of things that could be better. There were exactly 26 towels to 24 people. Thatâs far too little. The dishwasher was out of order which was told to you in another review months ago. Overall there were to little kitchen equipment for 24 people. Just to your information. The one door at the refrigerator is hanging. On your pictures there are more than one sunbed. I think you should invest in some more.
The nice things were the size of the home, location, and parking as well as access to the resort amenities. Now here are all the bad: The air conditioner on the 2nd floor at first worked, then started leaking which lead to the sheet rock falling. The repair man came and reported a clog in the line which has needed repair. By the looks of the ceiling, I would say it needs much more. The air filters were completely brown which I imagine did not help the issue. Everyone slept on the lower level the last night either on the floor or couch since the air was broken.The smoke detectors all went off numerous times the first two days leading to a different repair man coming. His solution was to disconnect all of them. I am sure this breaks code when renting. There were not enough bath towels for the amount of guests. The ones left looked like the previous renters left them. I did bring some from home since I am not new to renting. The gas to the grill has a leak at the tank, we did not use it for fear of causing an explosion. The dishwasher did not work. The repair man had no clue why. I would NOT stay here again! I even reached out to the resort management since leaving with no response.
We stayed here for 5 days paying for heated pool and spa. The pool heat nor spa worked the entire time. The freezer didn't feeeze any food so we lost food with that not working. The beds were hard and felt like you would have done better on the floor. The house needs some minor cosmetic repairs l. The service was terrible especially when it came to getting passes for parking.
Overall decent stay, but several issues preventing this location from getting 5stars. There were plenty of rooms for our large group. The pool was great, plenty of parking &the AC worked well. However, the issues we encountered were some pretty big â gatively impacted our stay.
The property was clean, but there were stains &smudges on the walls &ceilings that were not wiped off. Specifically soda stains on the ceiling upstairs. The fridge was broken &didn't keep any of our food & drinks cool. We had to use personal coolers to keep things cold. The bottom of the oven was cracked &covered with foil to hide it. The glass within the sliding door was completely shattered &covered with cardboard &tape.
The check-in process was a mess &a terrible start to our trip. I wasn't alerted until 40 minutes before check in that I hadn't given the necessary information. This resulted in an hour of coordinating information amongst the property manager &our group in a Publix 10minutes from the Vrbo. The property manager (pm)was very quick to process my info â„t us the code to enter the community,but the fact that I wasn't contacted prior to check in about my missing info was frustrating. The pm was quick to respond to my messages about the broken sliding door &fridge.
Accessing the neighborhood was such a struggle. Everyone had issues scanning their QR codes &there were lines of cars at the gate because they were all having issues.
Property would've been fine,but all the problems added up.
