Well to put it in simply terms we are now at a Holiday Inn express near the cruise terminal at Port Everglades. It’s a Ritz Carlton and this hotel is not even a motel 6. It is in terrible need of make over. The worst Holiday Inn express we have ever stayed in.

Lovely stay. Very nice staff and diligent. Breakfast delicious. We save a lot of money on transportation because it was provided by the hotel. The room is not luxury but very comfortable and big. Also the room have a microwave and mini fridge what made it very convenient.

The bathroom stunk of urine/sweat. Shower was moldy. The staff was not very attentive and rather short with us when at the front desk. Breakfast was so so. Thankfully the weather was great so we didn’t stay at the hotel for long

This property is located in Summer Bay Blvd with access to Publix and food restaurants within a 15 minutes walk within the area. The staff are friendly and very helpful. They are always willing to assist with requests from guests. The breakfast menu needs upgrading with more vegetarian options and less waiting time for refill of items on the menu. In the hotel rooms, the suites are spacious and comfortable. The bathroom needs a significant upgrade. The shower kit needs to be modernized as the existing shower kits are quite old so the mixer does not work. The water is either very hot or very cold. In addition, the soap, shampoo and conditioner size can be bigger in size to avoid making additional requests for toiletries or you can purchase your toiletries from Publix. On one day for the week, the water supply is locked off during 3pm to 4pm within your suite. Be mindful this can happen. Overall it is great location to the theme parks within 30m to 45m via uber or the hotel has shuttles.

It definetly does not look like the pictures presented with the pools and stuff. there was pools but looked nothing like the ones in the pictures. the room was nice but the tile floors were dirty and the bathtub was gross. i dint even callwe were so tired i just cleaned it myself. the staff was great the breakfast was nice. something happen with there bathrooms when we were there and our room and the hallway smelled so bad the last night.

DON'T DO IT!

Walked into the room an noticed that there was a loose cord coming out of the AC unit. It was not plugged into anything nor did it have an end to plug it in to. The TV did not work at all. I called the front desk from my cell phone because the room phone didn't work. They said they would get somebody on it. Went to take a shower and there was no hot water. Attempted to call the front desk again and nobody answered. I tried this for about 10 minutes before walking down to the lobby. While in the lobby I called the front desk, the lady behind the desk was not helping a customer at the time. I sat there and watched her let the phone ring. I told her about the hot water as well as the tv again. I had somewhere to be so I took a cold shower. As I was coming out of the bathroom the maintenance man knocked on the door and within 5 seconds opened the door. I yelled at him because I was standing there unclothed. I couldn't believe it. On day 2 I tried to call about the tv again. No answer again. Went downstairs and there was a not that said be back in a few. There was a gentleman who said he had been waiting for 15 minutes to check in. He began yelling in the back why I was banging on doors. We were finally able to get somebody to come out. I informed him again about the tv and that the maintenance man walked in on my naked. He didn't care. He gave me a business card that had to general managers phone number on it. The phone number was the same one to the hotel that nobody answers

Bathroom needs major updates. Shower drain clogged. Very little water pressure. Hot water would only last first 5 minutes. Mold all around edges in the entire bathroom. Some of the electric outlets didnt work in the room.

The beds were comfy and clean - which was important for a disney trip. Breakfast was okay for us.. if a little limited / unvaried. Pool was basic but the wider resort had splash park, bigger pool with bar, crazy golf. We loved the wider resort. Publix is walkable and a decent one and emergency snacks are available both in reception and at the neighbouring 7-11. Room facilities could’ve been better for the modern day traveller. Bath tub was tiny in depth and the wall was cracked and getting a decent safe temperature out of the shower was tricky! A kettle would definitely suit the British traveller and perhaps just a more mini kitchenette type thing. I was grateful for what we had but i’d need to book more facilities in the room next time when travelling with kids. Light fittings were dated and i kept banging my head on the one by the bed…. they seriously need to go …. and the clunky lamp. We had an iron but no board but made it work. I didn’t go to Florida for the room but was pleasantly surprised by the value for money, cleanliness and safety of the place. But it could still be soooooo much more. Time for an update in some places. Gym was great too!!!!! I welcomed no resort fee n free parking to keep our costs low. I’d book again but would need a room with more facilities.
