The staff was ok. Breakfast was very underrated. I shortened my stay as I completed my tasks early and took the autotrain home: The hotel accepted my early departure but stated that expedia had to facilitate the credit for 1 day less than my planned stay. Now Expedia is proving hard to get that done.

Nice place. Super friendly staff I really appreciate them. The floors are made of wood so sometimes you can hear the people walking up above you. Otherwise everything else was super nice. I would definitely stay there again.

Checking in the front desk worker acted like she didn’t want to be there or be helpful. If we had booked for more than one night we would have left. There were roaches we killed in our room and had to make my kids keep their socks on. Their feet were black so we washed them and kept socks on all night. Counters had not been cleaned. Sheets on the bed were stained. We waited around for awhile in the morning so we could check out early and no one was ever at the counter. We selected this one based on location to the airport since we had an early flight. Next time we will spend more for a better hotel even if it’s just for the one night. We will not be back to this location.
