The idea of the hotel is nice, a built in waterpark, how cool. Sadly the reality was not so cool. We ended up not staying here. The room was dirty, the mini fridge did not work. We checked out an hour after we arrived and booked another hotel.

Very dissapointing

Really disappointed and surprised by the conditions of this place. Booked it because it was close to a business event for me. I brought my wife and daughter because of the waterpark. In short, the room had dirt and scum on the floors the facility reeked of cigarette smoke and marinuana, a fight broke out right outside our door at 3am I went to called reception, no one answered and the landlines don't work. we only stayed the one night because we got in so late. We left early the next morning and cancelled the rest of our week there. The advertised pictures are misleading and I don't know why people left good reviews for this location. I question their validity

The hotel was passable, but far from impressive. The property itself feels dated and would benefit from a complete renovation. The room’s air conditioning unit was extremely loud and struggled to cool the space effectively. The bathtub showed noticeable wear, and the shower head was not only dirty but also lacked sufficient water pressure. One of the most frustrating aspects of my stay was the room key: it stopped working every time I left and returned, requiring repeated trips to the front desk for reactivation. The pool and water slides were disappointingly outdated, with the pool showing signs of poor maintenance. The slides, in particular, were uncomfortable due to uneven surfaces that actually caused back pain. Overall, while it’s an okay place if you’re in a pinch, I wouldn’t recommend it.

Loved our visit!

The family and I definitely enjoyed our stay here! From the arcade, pool, activity center & the water park, everything was really nice and family friendly. 10/10 I highly recommend it.

The hotel is old, very run down. They are not upkeeping the waterpark. The 3 big slides were never working & there was rust everywhere. The guests stayung here were very rude & a bit ghetto. There was NO ac in the lobby. The hotel truly needs a full upgrade
