Reception and coffee shop staff were really friendly and polite . Resort and rooms were very clean and its in a great location to get to Universal, seaworld amd Disney with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Rooms are getting a bit tired looking but very clean. Ideal for families and value for money

Unable to rate the dining experience due to my family eating of property. Special shout out to the lovely Ms Tatiana to recommend building C the view was amazing and to the gentlemen that checked me in i was just as pleased with him. Floriday is always a joy for my family and i, but being able to sit on the balcony and listen to the music was awesome. We will definitely be back

Pros: Cons: Grounds were kept up well for the most part. Room was clean except for one of the bathrooms, the tub was dirty. The location of the luggage cart for our building was unknown to us and by the time we did find it it was not in very good condition. One of the elevators shook pretty hard when it would descend.

The room was outdated.. stove was beat up im surprised it hasnt been replaced. Light fixtures are rusty and have thick dust/webbing on them same with the coffee table. Kitchen cabinets had something splattered on them. The Check in staff were friendly and helpful they set us up with emails to communicate but through email nobody communicated with us.. our request were never answered. We had stayed at floridays resort in 2022 we thought the resort was nice thats what brought us back to this resort but.. after this visit and the lack of up keep in the room we wont be staying here again or until they update and clean the handprints and dust from the the fixtures, tables and furniture. I had to go through the the entire room and wipe with clorox wipes.

Not the most updated, but the price was reasonable and the two bedroom suite was easily able to accommodate my family of five for a seven day stay in Orlando. The location is pretty good as well. My biggest hangup is the lack of hot water when showering. The water is Luke warm at best.

The pillows were awful! It felt like the stuffed them with socks and completely flat. I called and asked for more pillows since they said they had none. The room was EXTREMELY DUSTY. The bathroom was broken and shower wouldn’t stop leaking. So upsetting to come on vacation and pay for somewhere that can’t even offer pillows. Very disappointed with this resort.

The staff were very friendly. The cafe had a very good menu and the food was 10/10. The rooms were nice but there were a few cosmetic issues that needed to be addressed. Our room had broken door handles on the closet, not enough kitchen essentials (Which I did call for but never received). The iron was leaking water and the ironing board was broken. That’s the reason for the 3 stars.
